Game: A calm star floating on the water.
Execution:
- Lie still and breathe calmly.
- If needed, slowly exhale into the water.
- The coach helps the children relax.
Progression: Add gentle freestyle kicks.
Observe:
- Hips sink → “Push your belly up!”
- Neck is tense → relax and look upward
