Rocket in a Narrow Tunnel

Game: The rocket flies through a narrow tunnel.
Execution:
- Swim slowly.
- Clean and controlled arm strokes.
- The coach demonstrates the movement on land.
Progression: Slightly increase speed while keeping clean technique.
Observe:
- Arms move too wide → “Very close to the body!”
- Too fast → reduce speed
