Little Frog on the Ball
Description: Children lie on a ball, holding it under the chin, and perform breaststroke leg kicks.
Technical Goal: Basic breaststroke kick.
Coach’s Message: “Open – close!”
Game: The little frog jumps and glides.
Execution:
- Legs open to the side and close completely.
- Short glide phase after each kick.
Progression: Extend the glide phase.
Observe:
- Feet do not close → “Feet together!”
• Uneven movement → work more slowly
