Game: A boat without a steering wheel must go straight.
Execution:
- Swim short distances without equipment.
- Legs kick small and continuously.
- Body stays long and stretched.
Progression: Increase the distance without losing rhythm.
Observe:
- Legs sink → “Belly up!”
- Speed slows down → remind them of fast legs
